Hi,
On the 29th of december I purchased a one way airline Virgin atlantic ticket to Accra-Ghana via london, The next i called the British high commission to make sure i do not need a transit visa which i did not. On arrival at Dulles Airport virgin atlantic refuse to check me in, insisting that i needed a transit visa. I could not board the flight. I called ITN who sold the ticket to me and they have blantly refuse to give me my money back.
