Sold me car with heavy Hidden frame damage

Contacted them after seeing a car listed on ebay. Called them on the phone to inquire about the vehicle was told car was in great shape with a clean carfax. Drove over 95 miles to see the car and it looked ok and drove ok.

The trouble started the day after the purchase of the car. First thing was the car was making a squealing sound and since it was a 2006 with only 22,000 miles it was covered under warranty, took the car in to chevy dealer for service and was told it was a leaking freon line from the a/c compressor and since the vehicle was in an accident it was not covered under warranty,

Paid the chevy dealer 562.00 to have the damaged parts repaired then took car to get nj inspection and it failed because it had a bad computer from the accident so after another 482.00 dollars it finally passed inspection.
Then 2 weeks after that car overheated and was towed to dealer who told me all the freeze plugs were bad from it not having coolant in it from the accident. So another 789.00 was spent fixing that damage.
Then in 2009 the freeze plugs again were leaking due to the rust in the engine block spent 900.00 this time to replace them again.

Then in december the was leaking coolant again the freeze plugs again. And while they were fixing that they told me car was very unsafe due to heavy unibody damage. And that who ever fixed the car was a hack and it would cost over 3500.00 to straighten the frame. So now im left with a 2006 chevy with 33,000 miles that is worth nothing more then scrape metal.

Would have never bought the car if i knew it had been wrecked. They sold me a car with frame damage. And lied about the carfax. They buy wrecks from the auction and do just enough to make them look good and then sell them. Buyer beware. I have reported them to BBB and nj state attorney and will look into legal action. I have spoken to a lawyer who said they should never have sold a car with un fixed frame damage.
