Frame damaged vehicles sold as clean

I just Bought an Acura from this dealer and they promise and showed me Carfax report and the car was clean, and they told me is under warranty... First of all no warranty, i run to a sensor problem and called the Acura dealership and the confirm me there is no waranty on the car, after a few months i tried to refinance the vehicle and find out from the companies i applied that my vehicle had a previous accident and it has frame damage and can not be refinanced, I'm terrified how is that possible... Why my actual finance company payed for a frame damaged vehicle? And how is possible to be lied about such important matter... Don;t make the mistake to buy from this dealer...
