Sold me a vehicle with warranty and CLEAN CARFAX that had severe front end damage

I purchased a low miles one owner used car from Boyds of Emporia the car had the remainder of the factory warranty and I purchased the extended warranty. Carfax was clean. Approx 1 month later took it in for check engine light on supposedly junk in fuel, then again took it in for check engine light again they replaced the catalitic converter, then took it back again check engine light supposedly nothing wrong with it reset light an put bottle fuel cleaner in gas tank, Drove car on trip 200 miles away and front right wheel almost fell off start with severe vibration took it to participating dealer there told warranties were voided because the car had been wrecked hard in the front end need new axle new CV joint, new moter mount and $3000 in frame work non of it covered. Stranded 200 miles from home had to rent car for week while had CV joint an axle fixed just so I could drive the car home to Boyds they looked at it stated it was new damage and refused to fix reimburse or replace anything. The guy (Mr Willie Cole) that rotated the tires and supposedly aligned the vehicle for one of its maintenance checks stated he could not recall if the damage had already been there then twenty minutes later he suddenly recalled that the damage was new damage and they werent responsible. Now Im stuck with a car thats not safe to drive I cant trade due to the damage and Boyds refuses to be of any assistance.
