Chevy dealer won't fix car when it is within warranty, then chevy says i should have fixed it when it was within the warranty mileage, but it is only an 05

I am not sure where to begin. First off all, in January i was driving down the road and my engine blew on my car. I contacted Serpentini chevy dealer and they told me that because they are the #1 chevy dealer they probably could get my engine covered under warranty, but could not 100% gurantee it because it was out of warrranty. Because they were over an hour away, i decided not to take it to them because i did not want to tow it that far and then not have chevy help me out at all and then i would lose on the cost of the tow. I went that far away because i was going to trade the car in with them once they fixed the engine. I then took it to Sharpnack in vermillion because it was closer to home, and paid 2 thousand dollars for a new engine. Prior to this, the week i first purchased the car i was having problems with the c.D. Player, rather than fixing it, the chevy dealer showed me how to deal with it. Yet now, the cd player does not work at all. Also i paid to have the computer reset because the key will not come out of the ignition, yet the reset cost almost a hundred dollars and did not work. I have two wireless remotes for the car, but only one works, since the day i bought the car. Every now and then the car shakes, yet i have been told it all resorts back to the engine that was replaced only one year after purchasing the car. I give the car consistant oil changes and maintnance, yet it continually has problems out of my control. Damage Resulting = the car looks very good on the outside, however due to all the problems, kelly blue book has it being worth approximately five thousand dollars, yet i still owe 12 thousand on it.
