Stripped bolt

During an oil change, the bolt on my daughter's oil pan was stripped. She had to take the car to another shop because the oil was leaking so bad and the repair cost $500. We would like to be compensated for this error on your part.

This is in addition to not being compensated in any way for an error of one of your technicians in not reattaching a hose which resulted in my daughter's car stalling in the middle of a busy road.
