Misleading a customer with Mis-dignostic quotes

02/03 I took my truck in for repairs on my Upper & Lower Control Arms and Chad had quoted me $385.00. Terrance redignose it and Installed tire rods. I went to pick up my truck to find the thr controls armed had not been installed. Terrance goes I'm sorry let me put my top machanic on it Ryan fixed the wrong thing. I dropped my truck off again 02/19 and @ 11:45 on 02/20 Terrance told all they lack to completion was my line-up. The top machanic Shaw hadn't installed what was dignose but did install top part of it. Store manager told Terrance to give me my truck due to it not being fixed; but Terrance insisted I pay for a un-repaired car. I requested my car and told Terrance I would get it fixed somewhere else. I've wasted three days of business; my truck is not fixed; and the top machanic didnt even test drive AFTER HE FINISHED. I was forced to pay for services preformed by machanics that 1. Wasn't my consent to fix. 2. Services that was mis-dignosed and not what Chad and I discussed, 3. And to be Lied to on several occassion by Terrance. A customer should not be mis-lead or force to be Responsible for mistakes made by your mechanics. I want my money refunded. This is the worst experience I ever had with Pep-boys. If Terrance was my employee he would be fired. So now I've got to go pay another machanic to repair my truck. Please re-inburse me for that poor service and that mis-representation of your company. The last mis representing thing done by Terrance was he pulled up this quote of $1042.52 never heard of, consented to, signed or anything. There is a Posted Sign stating if a custormer is'nt completed satisfied he will be refunded. How much of a cover up is Terrance willing to create. I believe the last ticket printed today was created to cover thier mis dignose of my truck. Either we have ASE of Excellence machanics or there is a misrepresentation of Pep Boys. I am not responsible for a lack of communication between the employees of Pep Boys. I hope to recieve you reply asap. Thank You.
