Lied about fixing my truck - its worse then when i brought it in

I have taken my Truck several times to the Pep Boys location in Parsippany for the same reason and problem with my Truck. Each time I experience neglect from the employees, rudeness and inexperience. I drop off my truck, and when I pick it up its has more things wrong with it then when i dropped itoff.

I have attempted to make complaints several times over the past few months, I went directly to the corporate office they helped me once by making sure i had a rental car but that was it. Now again, i have my truck in with Pep Boys and still it is not fixed. I need my vehicle to be safe for my travel to work, i do not feel safe in my truck and i need some support. Pep Boys
