Gem models, maison de grand, lovely gems was a false modeling company

I was approached by a gentleman by the name of terrance grandberry in the mall, he handed me his card and insisted that i call him because he thought that my face was something he was looking for. I found it very odd because as an aspiring model, it is very difficult for a 5 foot 3 girl like me to be noticed by any modeling agency. So right away i knew this had to be fake... So just to see what they were all about, he supposedly had a ceremony he was planning and he required a few models to help host, and the models would make 17$ an hour plus tips given by the guests. Prior to this ceremony he needed the models to find sponsors who were willing to pay $100 inorder to reserve seats at the ceremony. He called it the white carpet affair. But before all this was to take place he wanted me to give him $25 to process my application. And proceeded to give me a contract to look over... Without giving him any money i took the contract and told him that i would get back with him. Two days later he called me and when i didnt pick up he called again and left a message saying that i need to hurry up and turn in my app before the booking for the ceremony is filled. Little did he know that i remembered where i remembered his name from so i called my friend who is a k9 officer and told him what was going on... So i called terrance to let him know that i would turn my app in but he was no where to be found... Terrance might have dodged the bullet now but i know soon enough he will be behind the bars. The worst part of this all he had previously ripped off one of my girlfriends, and as well as touched her inappropriately..
