Agent changed flight without permission and I have to pay to get the flight I want

Journey was reserved for my boy and potential spouse for vacation. Obtained email to contact asap as a result of trip change. Attempted down and on for 3 months to achieve somebody, place on store after which hungup on. 2/13 eventually reached somebody from Asia and also the individual held me on-hold, examining using the Flight for routes to accomidate me. Then he established a big change using the Flight that used to do not recognize too. I had been informed when I improved again I'd need to spend. I had been used in boss (from Asia) and was informed I decided, I recommended I most definitely didn't and finaly my partner overran the phone and was used in broker in america. Which after 2 more hours nothing fixed, was informed because it was a weekend, no body was there to deal with (it was after providing the original trip that people were informed was unavailable). The broker required 20 -half an hour to locate a telephone # for all of US to ask Monday 2-14. Well-no shock I've named five times and placed on store after which after many moments - disconnected. I'd prefer to talk to some in america that's expert to deal with this issue and repair it without having a-4 time delay without any quality... I've arranged excursions thru different companies and also have never in my own lifestyle experienced something similar to this. Please support!
