I bought flight round-trip solution to Kansas and also the trip was postponed and ended. Therefore, used to do not consider my journey. I had been informed that I really could not be pay my cash back. First, I had been informed when I contact the flight back 24 hours later they'd provide me another trip your day I select. They attempted to put up a trip with Continental Airlines however they were complete and had no further chairs, then around 8:00 pm they stated that they'd a trip at La Guardia Airport that leaves at 9:15 pm however they stated that I would not ensure it is since I had been at United Flight In Newark Nj. I'd prefer to understand why do I've to reduce my cash simply because they didn't possess a trip for me personally.
