Travelocity
No refund for a broken airplane!

I arranged a solution, through Travelociy, from La to Bay Area for that Memorial Day weekend. After I got towards the airport I had been recommended the trip have been "terminated because of physical mistakes". Other routes to Bay Area were ordered strong due to the getaway weekend and was recommended the probability of discovering room on another trip (actually through additional companies), that weekend, was extremely slender. I had been informed, via the flight, that I'd have to contact Travelocity for my reimbursement, since the journey was arranged through them. After I talked having a Travelocity Boss, I had been guaranteed that I'd get a refund and was actually provided a verification number for my reimbursement. Today, three months later, I obtain a contact saying I'm ineligible to get a return.in talking to administrators from Travelocity, I'm being recommended the journey wasn't terminated, just postponed 1-hour, plus they do not return cash for late flights. I've recommended that I've created evidence in the flight declaring the trip was terminated and Travelocity repetitions have not desired it. Just following a 3rd discussion with 3rd boss, where I recommended that I needed contact info due to their corporate workplace, to ensure that I really could function judge documents, was somebody ultimately prepared to see my paperwork. Nevertheless in the centre of the slow experience (over a horrible $300!). It is more straightforward to spend only a little additional and proceed straight through the flight than to truly have a middle-man and undergo hassel.
