Flight changed w/o notice, charged me extra to fix their mistake

Looked over my journey voucher 4 times before traveling to Jamaica, found the JOURNEY WASN'T THE MAIN ONE I RESERVED per month before the journey. Alternatively the brand new trip involved an 12-hour overnight layover in a airport mid way, receiving me to my location each day after after my (properly reserved) resort sign in time/day.

Named BookIt.com customer support, 10 minute on store, was hungup on.

Named back, kept for 15 minute, was informed that I "must have examined the voucher and named the moment I first got it" which I Would need to alter my trip and spend the extra costs. Used to donot possess the bank card I'd utilized on palm to alter the trip, was informed I Would have to call-back when I got it.

Named 3rd period, kept on for 15 min, got used in the trip dept., kept for 15 min, was informed the individual was "looking for somebody" for the reason that department... 41 MINUTES LATER I had been informed that the email was delivered to the trip division which someone will-call me back that night with my "choices"...

Named Flight straight, transformed routes for just two individuals to the things they were SAID TO BE, compensated $444 additional (trip cost variation 2 x $150 trip change costs)
