The flight company "Isha Moves" robbed us $1780. We arranged a solution to India through this broker for my spouse and boy to visit from US to India on Nov 3rd. I obtain them to guide the solution to ensure that I will alter the times of journey. The company arranged the solution. My spouse couldn't travel on that evening. Therefore we requested the broker if we're able to stop the Solution. They've described that you will see a 500$ fee. We decided to that. The company explained to deliver a contact them about rescheduling the solution. They stated that they've submitted our email to Flight seeking the termination. Isha moves described the flight typically takes about 2 weeks to stop the solution. I named them back on December 26th, "Isha Moves" informed us some occasions flight procedures the discounts overdue. So that they informed us call-back in conclusion of January. I've been contacting them every 15 times. Its currently Goal. Nevertheless didn't obtain the reimbursement. Named the Lufthansa flight. They described the Solution was never terminated. But Isha moves claims the Solution is terminated. Named today, Isha moves was really arrogant in tone and stated we shall not return the cash. Do whatever you would like. Today my spouse and boy must go India in April. I required them to alter the day of journey from November 3rd to April 4th. However they stated that the solution has already been terminated.
