Overpriced and takes all day to do a 2 hr job

Went to Monroe Muffler Today and had front and back brakes put on and a pipe on my muffler repaired, it took 5 hrs to do this work and cost 700.00. Once my vehicle was up on the rack and the tires off they left it to go work on other vehicles, This work should not have taken 5 hrs and should not have cost 700.00. I've read complaints here on Measured Up and they all read the same, I can't believe a Class Action Lawsuit has not been filed against this company. Chris Hanson where are you?
