I recently had a muffler and exhaust pipe replaced on my car. A few days latter, I heard a scraping noise so I took it in to see if they could look at it and see the problem. The mechanic was very rude and said "I don't hear any noise, and it is not the muffler or tailpipe." He didn't even offer to put it on the rack to look underneath. I am sure it is because I am a women, and I questioned his work. Very rude and arrogant!
