2 hr Job Takes 5 hrs. Overpriced Parts

The price for parts at Monro Muffler is inflated to a point of being ridiculous. Once they had my vehicle up on the rack and the tires off, they proceeded to go to another vehicle and work on it while mine just sit there, and I sat there watching them work on every vehicle but mine, finally after 5 hrs passed my vehicle had brakes! I will never go back to this place, I am contemplating contacting an attorney for the high cost of parts, there is a limit to the costs that consumers have to absorb, this has reached that limit!
