Complaint - monroe muffle

I used this service on my auto to get tires and they made a deal if i got tires and muffler price was good, since new muffler was put on my car is louder than when i brought it in have been back 2 times to resolve issue nothing has been done. Maybe I should have a consumer lawyer look into my issue.
