Worst Flower Company

I ordered some some balloons to be delivered to my significant other on 3/17. I placed the order on 3/15 and left special instructions for the balloons to get at his work by 1pm. Well it was 2pm and I still did not get confirmation of a delivery so I called FTD and spoke to a customer service rep upon which she told me "not to worry". Okay ma'am I said. He leaves at 3pm so I am not going to be paying for a service that is not complying to the order as requested. Long story short... Delivery was at 3:34pm. The balloons over the weekend defaulted and the surprise was ruined. I will NEVER order flowers/balloons from this company again. I had a 25 gift card and thought... Let me give them a try, maybe they are good. HORRIBLE Company... I am just sticking with Pro Flowers, should have never cheated on them...
