I placed and order for a flowers and balloons for my corporate manager to be delivered by 12pm 2-27/13. When they hadn't been delivered by 12:30 I called to confirm they were coming. The company assures me they would be there by 1pm and asked why I needed them delivered at that time. I explained it was for my big boss and she was leaving by 1pm and her party was at 12.2:30 rolls around no flowers still and i had just received a conformation that the flowers were delivered. So I placed another call. The owner argued that they were delivered when I know good and well they were not as I placed the Oder myself and had sat in the office all day. I never saw a delivery man. They finally arrived at 4:30pm and they were completely wrong and some of the balloons were missing. I paid 88$ and they looked like they had been thrown together and the flowers and vase were wrong too. My boss came back to pick up the flowers and called the owner of the flower shop to say they were wrong and he yelled at her and and said he would try again but made no promises on how they would look or that she would even get them delivered again that day. The greeting card was wrong and missing employee names. Never again will I or my company use this floral shop I do not recommend this company.
