Flowers were never delivered - You Flowers

I ordered on line for next day delivery of flower arrangement for my four year old grand daughter who lives in another state. The flowers had not arrived by 4:30PM. I called, first rep told me they were on the delivery truck, two hours later I called, they told me they had been delivered at 2:45. Now I knew I had make a big mistake. Talked to a supervisor, will call florist & call you first thing in AM. 10:00 am no call. Called again, another rep, more of I'm sorry. I'm getting a refund and will never use this Company again. They do not live up to their guarantee. I wish I had checked reviews on this company. But it was a last minute idea to surprise a little girl with flowers & balloons
