Did not deliver -seemed unconcerned - I think the worst florist I could have encountered - flower arrangement and ballons

Flowers and balloons did not arrive. I ordered a week prior and they immediately charged my card.By 4:20 the delivery date I became concerned the flowers had not arrived and called. They were not concerned and had received information the flowers would not be delivered that day. Stated they could be sent tomorrow. I asked why they didn't let me know so I could make other arrangements - no answer to this. They stated I could have them delivered another day or I could get a refund. This is the worst flower delivery service-do not trust them.
