How FedEx ruined Christmas for my daughte

I ordered a 22inch flat screen tv online for my daughters christmas present we don't have much money and I had credit with this store. The order was placed on 12/10 and shipped the same day at the time I placed the order they were unable to give me a tracking number computer problems by 12/18 I was getting concerned it would not make it here by Christmas I called the company I placed the order with and was horrifed when they told me it was delivered and left in front of my door I live in a large apartment complex, and the package was stolen I was home all day no one knocked on the door after speaking with a person at FedEx I was told drivers are not supposed to leave packages even is no signature is required unless it is a secure area, because of their incompetence I have to explain to my daughter why her present from Santa didn't make it. Thanks Fedex for breaking a young girls heart and ruininng her Christmas!!!
