Office closed early

Per telephone order we reserved a car to be picked up this day at anytime in the afternoon before 5pm. We were there at 3pm only to find the office closed. Luckily avis came to the rescue and we rented from them at a better rate also. As far as i am concerned hertz is not no. 1 in my book and i will never rent from them again. If this is the kind of service hertz offers it SUCKS.
