Daniel webb extended warranty bully

Dealer services is an extended auto warranty company in lakewood/ocean township new jersey that lies to, and misleads consumers into believing that they are actual car dealerships to get people to purchase their policy over the telephone.
For the past 3 and a half years the manager/supervisor (of the office in lakewood) calls himself mr. Webb (or daniel webb), will come on the telephone after a representitive, and explain to the potential customers about how the program works, how much it costs, the benefits, etc, etc, etc... If they proceed to decline he then will attempt a hard/high pressure sale filled with many lies. Such as he is the finance manager, or general sales manager of whichever dealership the company may be calling about, in whichever state the customer is living in. He will even tell people that the policy will cover preventitive maintence, as well as any pre-existing conditions on their vehicle!!! He has screamed at potential customers, threatend reposessions, even threatens showing up at customers houses to do this himself.
If they continue to decline the offer at this point in the call, he will tell them it will reflect bad on thier credit, they won't be able to purchase another vehicle of that type again, and usually a yelling match would begin in the office between daniel webb and the potential customer on the phone. Sometimes even threating the wives, and children of the family the company is calling.

Other instances of misconduct include:
sexual harrassment; many cases have been filed against daniel webb. Owner/ceo, and the vice chair on the b.B.B. Michael shaftel always settles these complaints out of court with the complaining witnesses... This man is out of control. As recently as 12/4/10 another female employee kristine hannemann has contacted me informing me that co-workers the main office (in ocean twp, nj) is saying that he is having sexual relations with some of his female employees behind the dumpsters out behind his office where he works!
Honestly would you want this company representing you when you have to bring your car/truck in for a repair? This kind of behaivor is unacceptable, unprofessional and there is absolutley nobody doing anything to stop it!!!
