Scam insurance or not? Stay tuned to find out!

I read the report already posted here on this site about Victoria Insurance. So far i can confirm one thing Victoria Insurance advertises on their website, that they specialize in "non-standard" drivers. Non-standard drivers is a politically correct term for high risk drivers or drivers that can't drive well. I might go so far as to say their customer who hit me can't drive at all and should not even be on the road.
I was hit by their customer in a RIDICULOUS crash yesterday, Saturday 12/6/10. I have to wait till tomorrow, which is Monday to recieve the police report and begin the claim process.
After the crash last night, I googled "insurance claim scams" and found plenty of evidence proving what most of you probably already know... That some insurance companies make their money by ripping claimants off.
After reading the google results and the report already posted here, I do not have any illusions that tomorrow I will begin a long process that will result in a fair or maybe even lawful offer from their adjuster.incidently, I found out through my google query that most if not all adjusters profit directly from the money they might scam claimants out of.in other words, some of the money that the adjuster might try to cheat me out of will most likely go directly into his or her pocket.
Now, of course this could all prove to be untrue.
I might call and experience "excellent claims service" as their website professes. When I report back here soon, I might have to say that they are an excellent insurance company with whom you would do well to do business with.
Please check back often as I promise to finish this adventure with more correspondance in great detail... Either way... Good or bad.
