Alan Webb Nissan Advertised a Vehicle on Craigslist.com - the AD then took me to their website where they listed the vehicle as high end, with options such as cruise control, keyless entry, bed liner, power mirrors, and custom bumpers. They gave the VIN number and stock number of the vehicle and based the price on high Kelley Blue Book. I called the dealership and the salesman supposedly got in the vehicle and went over every item with me on the phone. (Knowing full well the options didn't exist on this vehicle he just lied about them)
I drove over 150 miles to the dealership with my Dad who test-drove the vehicle I didnt do the test drive because I was buying the vehicle for him. He wasn't aware of the Advertised options so he didnt know anything was missing. I paid for the vehicle but they wouldn't let me see it because they said, it was being detailed and we needed to do the paperwork first. They took so long for the paperwork that they suggested we go have lunch and then come back for the vehicle but while we were at the restaurant eating the salesman came in and delivered the keys to us. They also said they were going to give us a full tank of gas before we came back but that was also a lie - they put 2 gals of gas in the vehicle.
Since I drove my car home and dad drove the vehicle I didn't get to see it until we got home. When I discovered that all the options were missing and had been completely misrepresented - I called the General Manager, Cameron and he laughed at me and said, I guess the vehicle we advertised doesn't exist does it! I recorded him making that rude, taunting statement. I will never deal with that company again.
