Virtual Business// Not Real! Scam?

Contacted to ship yacht via a US flagged cargo ship. Yet discovered that this HUGH company was operated out of a "virtual office".. Private PO Box in Las Vegas! They demanded the funds paid up front... Yeah right! Found their web site lied about their "public" offering of this incorporated business as being in the winter of yet when researched with the State of Nevada... They were only incorporated in September. Further they applied using a person's name that when googled, provided no results other than a doctor in Calfornia... Known for a different type of business... Plus this so called person... Happens to be the same officer for any single entity of the whole company... CEO, President, VP Treasurer... Anyway, the company reeks of fraud... I'm writting this in hopes that someone else googles this name and becomes cautious of giving them any money up front!
