Precision transmission
"it's not our job to diagnose your real problem"

After 1 year and approx. 5 trips back to the shop my car still needs a transmission. Two days after the warranty was up, they miraculously found th problem (a burned out torque clutch). The reason for my taking it back the previous times was slipping transmission. The short guy (David), eye twitches real bad when explaining what happened, always told me it was fine. How do I file law suit? I have codes from autozone and other paperwork.
