Transmission repair faulty, purchased $400 clutch, went out withing warranty, replaced with a different, cheaper clutch without consent

My transmission started to go out so I decided to have it looked at by what I thought would be a decent transmission company. I took my car there the first time to get my transmission fixed. They had change out multiple parts including the clutch. They had the car in their shop for a little over 3 weeks. They had told me that the car would be ready within one week.

When I got my car back it worked properly like it should. Within four months, under warranty, the clutch started going bad again. I had to take the car back into the shop to have them re-do their mediocre work on my vehicle. They found something wrong, which they did not check the previous time. I had to get this replaced as well. This was a minor task, he said he would have the car out in a matter of days. He had the car in the shop for almost a month. He had sent the car to a man named Jesse Rodriguez, who was the Transmission repair man. He is at fault for the electronic shortage. Not only was I paying to rent a car, but I was also paying for gas as well as paying for my car payment.

When I recieved the car back it, like the other time, had worked just fine. Within two weeks, the cars electronical system shorted out, while I was on the highway. I sent my car to a different shop to find out what went wrong. I was informed that there were multiples wires not put back into place from the previous shop my car had been in. This also costed me more money, including rental, gas, car payment, and towing.

After several repairs on the same thing, I have had to pay multiple payments for damage that should have already been looked at and repaired the first time. There still remains problems with the transmission after 3 repairs.
