Dishonestly Removed Vehicle

I am writing this report due to the level of dishonesty and malicious scavenging of car owners this company's name has come to represent. My individual story consists of being given information of where to park by Earl's Towing for them to go back on their word and tow my friend's car. The details: Earl's has advised on several occasions for my visitors to either park in the "Future Residents" parking or to call ahead with license information, when all the visitors parking is full. However, today Earl's has decided that's it's not acceptable to park in "Future Residents" and have towed my friends car.
