Liars dont sign leasing agreement

When your looking for a place to live you expect the park spaces,
I live in a two bedroom with my husband and my friend as a roomate we all work wierd hours, we thought moving here with rent being 875 would work out fine. What they dont tell you is that there are like 150 families with only like 50 parking spaces available they tried to fix the issue and put out a new decal rule that after a certain time visitors have to park in visitor parking or cars will be towed. Everynight all the spots are taking in resident parking and when you look in the 16 spots reserved for visitors its filled with residents because we dont have parking, so everyone oftens parks on the side of the street. The leasing office will tow you vehicle even if you are a resident and if you park in the grass they will tow your vehicle and right a bill charging you to pay for the grass, sometimes a motorcycle takes up one spot. They made a new policy, One decal per bedroom, but I have three adults on my lease and we all have a vehicle. Also the woman who works and the leasing office and one of the maintnance men lives here. If they can't find parking, I've seen them on there phones call the tow company and have them do I round to check decals so they can park in that persons spot. They park in handycap parking and wont get towed but as soon as someone else takes there handycap spots and they are NOT handycap and dont have a sticker they tow the car.
