Lied again!

The last time I spoke to someone at Naparex "Arenda" (who is supposed to be a supervisor), told me that my order WILL be here on 10/6/10. I have been here waiting, and calling, and waiting. Still no delivery! I've tried to call Indian Smokes to see if they can give me any info and they don't answer the phone. I will continue to file complaints until I get my money back for my order! I feel like a "prisioner in my own home" because i'm afraid to leave the house "just in case the delivery should arrive".. Even though there were days that I HAD to leave. I made arrangements for an adult to be here at all times! Like I said earlier. I won't give up until i get what i paid for or my money back!!!
