Naparex
Naparex is the most frustrating company to deal with!

I placed an order with Seneca Smokeshop and gave specific instructions to have the delivery company call first to avoid a missed delivery. As luck would happen, they didn't call and I wasn't home. That, in and of itself was no big deal and I know can happen. The ordeal I have gone through since, has been extremely painful to say the least. That was 11/10. Today is 11/19 and no second deliver was ever even attempted. I have left 15 voice mail messages with Naparex with not one call back. I have talked to a representative on 3 occasions and each time was assured my package would be re-delivered. They also put in the notes to have me called first. I just placed another call tonight 11/19 and now their voice mailbox is full. No big surprise there. I am not the type to get bent out of shape over much but this Naparex company has me extremely angry and fed up. I thought I was THEIR customer! They would have to improve greatly just to make it to being considered bad. Naparex does not care about their customers. Naparex sucks!!!
