I think I got ripped off!

I mailed a check to Indian Smokes on8/9 and it posted to my account on 8/20. I have yet to receive my order! I have contacted Naparex so many times I can't count. They tell me different dates and situations. One excuse they gave me was that my order should be here in a day. The following day I called them and they told me that my order was miss-sorted in their Buffalo warehouse. They told me my order should be here on 9/17 or 9/20 NEVER SHOWED UP! Then they said 9/25 I've been here the entire time! I even had someone come to my house and wait just in case they showed up when I had to leave. THEY NEVER DID! I think we were all ripped off. I will be calling my congressman, and the better business bureau first thing Monday morning! I will get my money back!!
