Naparex is the worst shipper in history

It doesn’t matter what I was having delivered. What matters is how I was treated. I had left a total of 63 messages (YES SIXTY THREE) for Brian and never received even one return call. My order was three months late and I was told by numerous people including Brian the manager at Naparex that it was lost and that they would file a form to get me a refund. I have never dealt with such rude people in my life. How they remain in bussiness? I just don’t know. I had to spend every day calling them just to get a refund. So. My advice to you all waiting is to get on the phone and do what I did... Call every half an hour and don’t stop till they give the refund. Unfortunately you have to do this if you ever want to see your money again. The people at Naparex took on this job and failed miserably! Don' do business with them!
