Now Naparex Isn't Taking Phone Calls During Business Hours!?!

I have made several attempts to get in touch with Naparex after never receiving a call back from a failed delivery attempt that took place 2 weeks ago. After speaking with different representatives in person and leaving over 12 voice mail messages with no response, now it's taken a turn for the worse! I am attempting to contact Naparex by phone during business hours and now there is no answer and the voice mail is full. Anyone can blame what I am experiencing on the tobacco shipping industry, but Naparex took on the responsibility to deliver tobacco products and can't isolate themselves from their customers. I am out a lot of money and have gotten no satisfaction from Naparex. Where's the justice??? I wonder how the president of Naparex would feel it this was happening to him??? Hmmm
