What's wrong with basic car parts? It's not just the parts

I ordered some parts for my vehicle which I was very specific about when ordering. I gave my model number to my vehicle so there should have been no way to send the wrong parts, but they did. Both parts were wrong. The sales associate I talked to didn't even take down my information right. I had to wait three days to get a conformation e-mail for the purchases because he did not listien the first couple of times. After I recived the parts I called back and explained that these were the wrong parts was prompted by and e-mail to send the items back. I sent the items back through UPS and obtained tracking numbers for both the items and reported them to Basic Car Parts as prompted. One week passed and conformation came from UPS that the parts had been recieved and signed for. I called to check the status of my refund only to be talked to very rudely by an employee named Yvette. This individual went as far as to say that I was trying to run a scam by keeping the parts and trying to get the refund, due to her being unaware that the parts were recieved by and affiliate previously. She also had tracking numbers for both items. This individual among others including the manager was very rude and unprofessional. I am a veteran of the U.S. Airforce and I have never been more dissappointed to have witnessed this level of customer service and fighting for my country, and for the American people to have the simple freedoms that we all enjoy. I felt disrespected and taken advantage of. I have done business with BasicCarParts.com before and never have I had to endure such hostility. I will never purchase anything from this organization again. If these people are going to be involved with customer service then maybe they should take a long look into the employees they have representing their company. I would like an apology for all of the problems I have had to endure. I would especially like an apology from Yvette. If this does not happen then I am prepared to take legal action.
