Ordered trunk struts for my 2001 Chevy Blazer. They sent the wrong parts. When I contacted them, they asked for the part number from the old parts and a photo of the old & new parts side-by-side. I provided the requested information. Was told they would contact me the following day. This was Dec 22nd. Despite my repeatedly requesting instructions to return the wrong parts & requesting a refund, they have yet to contact me again. As of now, I feel they are deliberately ignoring me and will keep my money even though they know my complaint is legitimate.
I wish I had seen the numerous complaints about the company before I ordered parts from them.
