No refund after wrong parts were sent and returned

I ordered 2 separate items online from RV Parts Center. What I ordered and what was delivered was wrong. Items were then sent back via UPS for a full credit and here are the UPS tracking numbers: 1Z4F6V649040216790 1Z4F6V649042597607 1Z4F6V649041862616 1Z4F6V649040756180 Items were delivered on July 30th of 2008 and I have received several emails from Chris at RV parts center stating that the credit will be issued and still nothing. I even asked for a check sent in the mail if there is problems with the credit.

I have called and left messages several times and none of my calls were returned. Only emails from Chris promising that the credit will go through and that he has taken care of it. The total order amount was $132.34.
