Wrong Parts / No Refund

I ordered an a/c bracket and compressor from David. Although i offered to send him pictures of the exact bracket and compressor I needed he said it wasn't necessary. I was shipped the wrong parts. David sent me a return form and told me that I would get my shipping money back. David was apparently fired on 08/05. My money was returned for the parts but I did not and will not get my money back for returning the heavy parts. Sean, apparently the supervisor, emailed me a one liner after not answering several phone calls, "you have been refunded in complete." Do not do business with this company!
