You Decide - Auto repai

I brought my mother's car to Greulich's for an oil change. At this time, I was told there was a coolant leak, although my mother stated she never had to add coolant the last 6 months. To be safe, we told them to make the minor repairs, which would take about 1 hour.

The charges were over $1000. I didn't want my mother getting stranded anywhere, so I approved the work.

When I asked my friends about what they thought it would cost, all replied about $300-$400.

I contacted their Customer Service department to discuss this high cost of repair. No one ever contacted me.
