What a lia

Cars & Transport

My husband responded to an ad posted by Ken stating that he was selling a van directly from his repair shop, that he had just done a bunch of work on it, and that it ran perfectly. My husband took the word of this "trusted and honest mechanic" and gave him $2800 for a used minivan.

On the way home the temperature light came on and we realised that there was a problem. We took it in to have a diagnostic check done (within days of the purchase) to be told that it had a coolant leak at the lower intake manifold and head gasket failure. We were told that the repair bill was not worth the value of the vehicle.

Unless he knows absolutely nothing about automobiles he deliberately decieved us because he did not want to be stuck with the loss. He sold us a van with major mechanical problems by using his reputation as a mechanic to rip us off.
