Not Paying and with holding paperwork that you paid for and will not give you copy for your records

Motor Car Auto Carriers is a great place to work. They keep you loaded all the time and on that end they are great. Bruce Balsey does an awesome job of keeping you loaded with work.

Shirleen Balsey is good at ripping us off on pay. Her paydays go from 1-15 and 16-end of month. Paydays are 9 and 25. And also if it falls on weekend instead of like a normal company she works the pay up on Monday after payday and pays late so it it is the 11 and the 27ish on those pays when you get paid and if you get paid.

Shirleen takes all expenses until the 8th or the 24th and does not credit all the work you have done so it always evens out that you owe or are left with nothing. She is a crook at best. My husband did work and had credit with Motorcar that she did not pay he had to beg for EFS check to get out of shop for 898.91 when she had about 4000 credit from work not paid to him.

So in essence if you have 8000 for the 1-15 she will take out all expenses thru the 24th when you get paid instead of ending the pay period and taking new fuel, EFS and everything out of the new work. The paydays never end on taking expenses.

Shireen also states that it is against company policy to give you a copy of your 2290 that she has taken money from your pay for and will not give you copy to file taxes.

The last pay that my husband had here he sent in FedEx must be there on Monday to get paid. Motor Car says that they never received it called FedEx package signed for by Blasey on Monday. Found lost FedEx need other papers faxed to be paid faxed same day. Come Friday no pay still called and she said we never faxed. Re-faxed still no pay but she has credit there to roll over on next pay to take expenses.

Out of 4 paydays 2 months we only received one pay on 4/25.3 out of 4 paydays were all 00.00. That is horrible pay turn around for drivers busting their butts to get these loads done and HOPING to get paid.

Trying to find out how to make compaint with Department Of Labor for not paying and with holding paperwork that you pay for and not get copies of.
