Carfax failed to report accident

Carfax failed to report the accident for the 2004 Dodge Durango we bought used from a dealership in Pensacola, FL. Since then we have found the passenger trim pieces broken on the side of the seat, paint "orange peel" and paint over spray on the roof. The numbers on the mirrors and lights that always match from left and right did not match. We also had several auto body shops look at it and there is no doubt it had been in a major crash on the passenger side. Also the fact that the wheel base is almost an inch longer on the passenger side suggests it was used on a frame stretcher.
With the extent of the damage this vehicle should have been salvaged.
