Emergency Conditions

Since the storm of 12-09 in Iowa, UPS delivery has been terrible. Hundreds of packages are reported as undeliverable due to Emergency Conditions. The division manager (IVY), who herself demonstrates questionable integrity, has instructed all center managers to not worry about time in transit or dommit times. Consequently the customers in central Iowa are being screwed over.
