Terrible Service - Delivery of Pet Food

UPS fails to delivers packages to my house about 5 or 6 times a year even though the directions are written on the package — even though I have called and am waiting for their call back to give directions — even though I have gone down to the office and given them directions.

It's the worst service I can think of.
