Unusually Poor Service - delivery

I had a parcel shipped from Portland Oregon on Sept 16th They totally screwed the address, and as of today Oct 14th I have not received the package.

UPS farms out there local deliveries to another company. They do not communicate with each other. I cannot get answers from either company. I have used the internet to Track the package. When I did get through on the telephone the representative was very evasive.

UPS is NOT the freight service to use if you live in a smaller center. Population in my center is 120,000.

Fed Ex and Purolator always deliver in 2 to 5 days.
