Non refund of booking amount even after cancellation

I had booked a nano car last year by paying 140000rs from my personal savings.
Thru state bank of india racecourse road branch.
However i changed my mind and cancelled my booking on june 28th.
I am yet to hear from the management with regard to the status of my money.
My unique identification number is 114358201and my cheque number is 588665 dt 14.04.2009.
Kindly arrange for the early payment because i am a retired person and dire need of money
