Unaccepable Justication for Missing tire's cap

Missing tire's cap. Had service performed in mid Feb. 2010. After 15 years of have vehicle, I have never had a missing tire's cap. I questioned the service manager, and was given a unacceptable excuses for the missing cap. The newly service maintence man failed to properly secure the right driver side cap and it was displaced. I have alwasy enjoyed having 5 vehicles service there and have never had a problem. The service center is totally responsible for replacing the missing cap.
